Wear any athletic clothing you are comfortable working out in.
You can use your own mat if you prefer, but we also have mats, yoga blocks, and weights available for you.
You have the option to exercise barefoot or wear socks with grips, like barre/yoga socks.
ALL DROP-IN CLASSES REQUIRE PRE-REISTRATION.
Dance season: September 8 – June 27.
Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, but joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot for this season. While you wait, consider exploring another class you might enjoy!
